No Compulsion To Overeat When You Aren’t Hungry

Say you’re at a dinner party. You have had great pleasure eating your food and your stomach is content. The only problem is that there’s still food on the table, and you feel the “urge” to keep on eating, even though you’re already full!

Your brain will start giving you all sort of excuses about why it’s ok to eat:

  • “It’s just a little.”
  • “Your friend’s birthday is just once a year.”
  • “It’s New Year’s Eve.”

Now overeating actually seems like a good idea. But is it? In this course, I’ll show you how to not feel the compulsion to keep on eating in the first place. When the compulsion fades away, you’ll be able to eat whatever you want, and then stop, focus on the conversation that’s going around you without the constant urge to put food in your mouth.
