This “pity party” habit sabotages and can sometimes even block your progress. But here’s the thing – there’s nothing inherently wrong with you. “Pity-partying” is a habit. It’s just a habit you picked up. And just like you can change any habit, if you follow the exercises in this course and apply the techniques, you can change that too.
