Monday’s Mini Habit

Imagine exercising daily and looking forward to it? Wanting to do more exercise? Exercise being second nature for you?

Hi, I’m Maria, founder of Fitness Reloaded, creator of the Exercise Bliss Method, and author of Amazon best-seller “Surprisingly…Unstuck: The power of small healthy habits in a world addicted to instant results.”

If you accept this proposal and join the Mini Habit Week it’ll cost you exactly $5.

That’s the bad news.

Now for the good news…

In exchange for the equivalent of one latte I’m going to give you the greatest gift I could ever give to anyone who wishes to start exercise but doesn’t know where to start and to be honest, kind of dislikes the whole thing too.

The method I’m teaching in the Mini Habit Week is the cornerstone of the Exercise Bliss Method, a method that has turned many people who used to dread exercise to people who love it!

But before I tell you what this method is all about, let me ask you:

Are you just winging it?

“Improvising?”

Practicing “hope and pray” that the new workout you just started is going to work?

Or maybe waiting until you “feel like it,” or until you “have more time,” to “get back to exercise?”

If you are “winging it,” don’t feel bad…you’re not alone. That’s what I used to do too, before I understood habits.

The result was I’d start exercise, do it for a while, then stop. I would go from lifting those 2-pound dumbbells to 5 or 10 pound dumbbells, then stop. Then I’d start months later with 2-pound dumbbells, again…

And I was not the only one experiencing this cycle. Other people start exercise, lose 10 pounds, then stop. Then they gain the weight back. They start again, lose it again. Then they gain the weight and then some more.

For how long will this cycle repeat itself?

For many people this cycle has been going on not just for years but for decades.

So I want to invite you today to stop mindlessly starting exercise programs, hoping it’ll be different this time, and instead start out again, but strategically this time.

If you understand this method, this will happen:

  • No more exercising for a month or two and then giving up, losing all your results. Exercising will become a permanent habit.
  • No more pushing yourself to get off the couch. You’ll find it (ridiculously) easy to “just do it.”
  • No more buying a home treadmill that you’ll stop using, a yoga class pack that you won’t complete, or exercise DVDs that’ll collect dust. You’ll be following through and loving it!
  • Become THAT person who can’t live without exercise!
  • Start building your daily mini exercise habit with just 2 reps – yes 2 reps – a day.

Some people who’ve made exercise a habit are “gym bunnies.” Others could care less about the gym. Instead they look forward to their daily walk. Despite these differences they all have one thing in common: Exercise is not a chore, but a second nature. And that’s exactly what we’re doing here.

Don’t mindlessly start another exercise program…

You may buy a treadmill, enroll at a gym, or get the fanciest workout DVD. But here’s the problem that will inevitably come up if you haven’t already made exercise a habit:

The DVD doesn’t tell YOU how to include it in your life.

It doesn’t tell you when it’ll be best for you to follow the workout. It doesn’t tell you what to do if you planned to work out this evening, but, hmm, life happened.

Instead the burden of including exercise in your life and following through, is all up to YOU.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

In the Mini Habit Week, we give you step-by-step, expert guidance on how to make exercise a habit. You don’t have to figure it out – you only need to follow our instructions!

First, you’ll learn how to exercise daily for just 2 reps a day.

At first this might sound easy, even ridiculously easy. But is it really?

When will you do it? When you wake up? When you come home from work?

And if you choose to do it when you wake up, do you mean right after you get out of bed, or say, after brush your teeth in the bathroom?

Also – what will you do? Will you do the same exercise every day? A different one? What’s the best sequence?

These are just some of the questions that create complexity with exercise.

Our goal in the Mini Habit Week is not to make you ripped in just 7 days. It’s rather to show you the method of including exercise in your life in way that makes sense for you, your needs, and your schedule.

Even if you’re exercising daily, how do you know your brain is wiring the habit?

Unless exercise becomes a habit, exercise will remain a struggle. Something you’ll have to think about or debate with yourself.

Let me ask you, are you debating about wearing your seatbelt when you get in the car, or do you just do it, automatically, without even thinking about it?

That’s exactly the power of habit. Once you make an activity a habit, it just happens.

The thing is that repetition alone won’t wire the habit.

Many people bust their butts at the gym for 1, 3, or 6 months, yet exercise remains a struggle. The following year comes and they’ve given up. Why?

After all, they were doing SO WELL for a while.

The reason is that even though they were doing the right thing, because they were missing this one ingredient in their process, their brain was not getting into habit-building mode.

And unless your brain wires the habit, you’re bound to have to struggle with exercise.

In the Mini Habit Week you won’t just learn how to integrate exercise in your life, but also how to do it in a way that gets your brain into habit-building gear!

Do NOT attempt to start another exercise program before you go through the Mini Habit Week.

Please, don’t just start another exercise program whether that is a gym membership or just dusting off an Exercise DVD before you understand the building blocks of habits – exactly what we cover in the Mini Habit Week.

Unless of course you’re cool with seeing exercise as a short-term thing, something you do every May to “get ready for the beach,” only to stop in July and start again next May.

But if you see exercise as something you’d like to do for the rest of your life, and something that you do joyfully, not something you have to force yourself to do, then…

Sign up to secure your spot for next Monday’s Mini Habit Week.

  • Learn the “Habit Recipe” to pick the best and days for you to start growing your habit.
  • Understand the missing ingredient that you need to include in your exercise plan if you want your brain to wire the habit of exercise when you’re exercising
  • Pick one of three exercises shown to practice your first mini habit. Modifications are included, all in HD Video.
  • Learn the habit building method at just 2 reps a day! Get that mastered and you can then scale to 5, 15 or 30 minutes and beyond from there!

This is not the way to get skinny in 10 days (and then gain everything back and some more!)

This is not the way to just rush again into exercise, only to find it extremely difficult to stick to it and then quit.

This is the way to invest in your health and wellbeing, become one of the people who enjoy exercise, and actually look forward to increasing your fitness or flexibility – not dragging yourself to do it!

Yup, just $5

Literally you could buy another latte OR invest in your health and wellbeing, save you years of struggling to make exercise part of your life, and help you avoid.

The Mini Habit Week is part of the Exercise Bliss course, a world-class, online system that will turns people into a lifelong exerciser in 9 weeks and is a $600 investment.

Not everybody can afford the full course and that’s why I’m offering the first week of the program at such a low price – because it’s time we collectively ditched “go big or go home” messages that serve nobody, stopped saying we need more discipline and blaming ourselves as lazy, stopped blaming lack of time, and instead understood how habits are build.

And let me tell you – if an activity needs discipline then your habit is NOT getting wired. You don’t need discipline to wear your seatbelt or practice any established habit.

So if “discipline” is your strategy, then your next exercise attempt is likely to have an expiration date.

The choice is yours. If you want to get started with exercise, following a proven habit-building protocol, then click to join below.

I’m not ready yet, please take me to the mindset training.

  • Knowing that you can exercise, and not just exercise, but to actually enjoy it? That increases your self-confidence A LOT. I’m happier and feel more energized.
