Have you ever found yourself in a rut? Not knowing what to do, and just lapsing into “powerlessness” mode? Well, I have. And I have found the one and only solution that works EVERY SINGLE TIME.

This solution does not just work every single time. It also comes with a side-benefit. It teleports you. Yes it does.

  • Are you in a rut with your fitness? Stand up right now and do 10 squats. Don’t you already feel the change of momentum?
  • Are you in a rut with your career? Take a piece of paper right now and write all the things that go on in your mind right now.
  • Are you in a rut, because you have so many family members to call, and you haven’t started yet? Call one. Just one. Right now.
  • Are you in a rut, because you’ve been procrastinating for too long? Do that thing you’ve been avoiding and you will feel 500x better! If you have to write a report, then write the first paragraph. If you have to do the dishes, do one dish. Do the first step, and everything else will take care of itself. But do it.
