[ahhh…you feel relief…and happiness]

Boy, does it feel good…to feel good? 😉 Why don’t we do it more often? I mean, our natural state is to feel good. When we don’t, it’s because we have negative thoughts distracting us.

The queen of negative thoughts? Her name is “worry”.

But we can live without worry. We can live by seeing the glass as half-full rather than half-empty. Doing so feels better + gets us better-equipped to go after our dreams, fulfill our souls, and ultimately…conquer the world.

So what is it that you want? More money, love, health? You are in a better position to get them when you are in your inner peace state than when you are in your worry state.

As a friend Mercedes Maidana says: “Hell Yeah!”. It’s time to stop worrying and start living!

In your worry state you will mostly find yourself…

  • Procrastinating.
  • Feeling alone.
  • Feeling helpless.
  • Spending your time worrying about getting what you want, rather than doing something to get what you want.

In your inner peace state, you will mostly find yourself…living!

  • Taking inspired action to get what you want.
  • Feeling on top of the world.
  • Feeling like there is nothing too big to go after.
  • Feeling content and happy.

Warning: The more you let yourself indulge in appreciation and happiness, the harsher it will feel should worry beat you instead of you beating her.

And during the last few months I have learned a lot on inner happiness and inner peace. I have also become much better at guiding how I feel and I am now less prone to let outside circumstances dictate whether I am happy or not.
