Yes! While our clientele is mostly women, we work with men! Weight loss principles are true for anyone regardless of gender. So if you’re a man, don’t hesitate, we’d love to help you shed the pounds and, depending on your goals, build some muscle too!

We recommend that you stay for as long as you need to lose all the weight plus 2-3 months to practice maintenance while you’re still a member. An average sustainable weight loss pace is one pound a week (and that can increase to two if you have a lot of weight to lose):

  1. If you have around 20 pounds to lose, aim for 8 months or more
  2. If you have around 35 pounds to lose, aim for  at least 1 year
  3. If you have around 70 pounds to lose, aim for 2 years

 

Putting how much you want to lose aside, our recommendation is you stay with the program for at least 6 months, if not a year. Because habits don’t change in a week. It takes time to practice a new habit, feel comfortable with it, and then to really own it and have it become your new autopilot.

 

Remember, you don’t get to join the 1% by taking shortcuts.
